What’s included

For restaurants that want an accurate website and someone keeping the details right.

  • Website: Initial site up to 5 pages, built from a proven layout. Hosting, SSL and maintenance.
  • Updates: Up to 60 minutes of small edits a month
  • Google profile: Initial cleanup, a monthly accuracy check, and updates to hours and links you send
  • Search basics: Clear page titles, readable content, business details and structured data where it fits
  • Forms: 1 inquiry form that emails you
  • Reviews: Your review link, and a monthly summary of new reviews
  • Reporting: Visits and actions like calls and form sends, in a monthly email
  • Response time: Acknowledged within 2 business days

Your website

Home, menu, about, catering or inquiry, and contact pages, or the equivalent. You supply the approved menu, prices, logo and photos. Two rounds of revisions before launch. Launch is usually 15 to 20 business days after everything arrives.

Small edits are text you send, menu prices, hours, photos and changes to existing sections. The time includes making and checking the change. Unused time does not roll over.

Not included

New designs, new integrations, large menu imports, ad spend, ordering software, hardware, domain renewal, text message and phone usage, and full social media management. Any of these can be quoted.

What you send me

  • Hours, contact details and where inquiries should go
  • Access to your domain and Google profile (you keep ownership)

Service hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. A broken site or form has an urgent route.

Payment and ownership

No website setup fee. A 12-month first term pays for the build, then the plan continues month to month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

The first month is paid when you sign and covers the build. The next payment is one month later. If your restaurant isn’t a fit for the standard scope, the first payment is refunded before any work starts.

Your domain, Google profile, merchant accounts and content stay yours. I get access, not ownership. Once the first term is paid, the custom website content and build files are yours to take.

Questions

What’s the difference between the plans?
Digital Care keeps your website and core digital information maintained. Growth adds more update time and up to two standard follow-up workflows, such as catering inquiries or review requests.
Why is there no setup fee?
The website build is paid for over the first 12 months of the plan instead of up front. After that first term, the plan continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
When do I pay, and when does billing start?
The first month is paid when you sign and covers the build. The next payment is one month later. If your restaurant isn’t a fit for the standard scope, the first payment is refunded before any work starts.
Who owns my website and accounts?
Your domain, Google profile, merchant accounts and content stay yours. I get access, not ownership. Once the first term is paid, the custom website content and build files are yours to take.
Will you guarantee more orders or better search rankings?
No. I improve the information, customer paths and follow-up your business uses. Results depend on demand, your offer and your operations, so I don’t guarantee rankings or sales.
I have more than one location.
One restaurant location and one website per plan. A second location gets its own quote.
Can I see my website and request updates?
Yes. At launch you get your live website link, and you send changes by text, email or the request form. A client dashboard for requests and reports is planned, but it isn’t live yet.
