How I work
Four chapters, start to finish.
How I think about your website, where customers get stuck, what I fix, and what working together looks like.
Chapter 1 · The Belief
The care you give people in person belongs online, too.
Think about how you welcome someone in person. Now picture someone finding your business on Instagram or Google before they’ve ever met you.
Can they understand what you offer? Do they know how to take the next step? And if they reach out, do they know what to expect?
Chapter 2 · The Diagnosis
See your business through a new customer’s eyes.
Imagine someone discovering your business for the first time. What do they see, what can they understand, and what happens if they decide to reach out? Let’s look at that experience together.
- DiscoverWhat do they see when they first find you?
- UnderstandIs it clear what you offer?
- TrustCan they find reasons to feel confident choosing you?
- ActIs it easy to book, buy or ask?
- ResponseDo they know what happens after reaching out?
- ExperienceDoes the experience match what they expected?
- Follow-up / ReturnIs it easy to reconnect when they need you again?
How it works
What happens next.
Get in touch
Email or text me. It comes straight to me, and I reply personally.
A short conversation
About your business and what you already use. In person if you’re nearby.
One clear price
In writing, before anything starts. No surprise fees.
Photos and build
I come in to photograph your business, then build your site.
A first preview
For a simple site, I aim for a first look about 3 business days after I have your photos and details.
Live, then billing
It goes live once you’re happy. Payments start then, or on a date we agree.
Good to know
- Both plans are a 12-month agreement. Pay monthly, or pay for the year and save: 20% paid up front, 10% in 3 payments, 5% in 6 payments.
- Splitting the year into payments only changes how you pay. Your service still runs the full 12 months.
- Payments start when your site goes live, or on a date we agree in writing.
- You own your domain and your content: your words, photos, logo and customer information.
- Third-party costs (domain renewal, payment processing, subscriptions, hardware) are separate and always named up front.
- You keep the POS and tools you already use whenever possible.
- Final terms are set out in a written agreement before any work starts.
Chapter 3 · The Solutions
Make the next step easier for your customer.
Let’s look at a few situations where a customer might get stuck, and what could make the experience easier.
What makes it harderSomeone clicks an ad for a specific service but lands on a general homepage.
What could helpA page that clearly explains the service they clicked for.
What makes it harderSomeone can’t easily tell what’s included in a service.
What could helpClear package details, with pricing information where appropriate.
What makes it harderSomeone wants to book or ask a question, but the next step is difficult to find on their phone.
What could helpA clear booking or contact option with only the necessary steps.
What makes it harderSomeone sends a message after hours and doesn’t know when to expect a reply.
What could helpClear information about when a real person will respond.
What makes it harderSomeone finishes a service but isn’t sure how to book again or get in touch.
What could helpAn easy way to reconnect or rebook, with follow-up messages sent only when appropriate and permitted.
These are possibilities, not prescriptions. The right improvement depends on your business and what your customers actually experience.
Chapter 4 · The FoundOS Approach
Understand first. Improve what matters.
Before deciding what to change, I want to understand your business and the experience your customers have. Then I can help identify what deserves attention and how to tell whether an improvement helped.
Diagnose
Start with what a new customer can see and experience publicly. For anything happening behind the scenes, I’d need your input.
Prioritize
Identify what matters most to your customers and what makes sense to address first.
Build
Make a focused improvement based on what the diagnosis reveals, rather than adding tools or features just because they’re available.
Measure
Decide what can be measured, establish a starting point where possible, and look at what happens after the change.
What the monthly price covers
Not just a website. A website that’s taken care of.
Built for you, not a template
Designed around your business, not a theme with your logo swapped in.
Hosting and security handled
Hosting, security and updates are on me. Nothing for you to manage.
Changes without the hassle
New hours or a menu change? Send it and I make it.
A local person to call
I’m based in the Marietta area. You deal with me, not a support ticket.
Questions? Message me.
Any question about the plans, the price or how it works, just email me. Send your business name and I’ll reply personally. If it’s easier, we can set up a time to meet at your business.
